 DOCUMENTS FOR CHILDREN:  If you or your partner have or plan to have children, you need specific legal documents that will protect your rights, your child's rights and the rights of the non-legal or on-biological parent :The Documents for Children Package includes Advance Directives for one or more parents, Nomination of Guardian, Parenting Agreement, Consent to the Medical Treatment of a minor child, and a Sperm Donor Agreement if needed.
Rainbow Law's documents packages are intended to benefit gay men and lesbians as well as all members of the LGBTQ Community and our families.
