Rainbow Law's documents are intended to benefit gay men and lesbians as well as all members of the LGBTQ Community and our families.  If you are single or in a relationship, do or do not have children -- unless you live in a state that legally recognizes your relationship with your partner and children, you need to put your wishes in a legal writing to ensure that your family will be protected in the event of your death or disability.
