Order Free Advance Directives!

For several years, Rainbow Law has been providing FREE Advance Directives a Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney and Durable Power of Attorney for Finances to any gay or lesbian person who requests them. Advance Directives are written documents, completed and signed when a person is legally competent, that explain a person’s medical wishes in advance, allowing someone else to make treatment decisions on his or her behalf later in the disease process.

Our free documents are not blank forms for you to fill out -- nor are they produced automatically when you fill out an online questionnaire.

We draft each document, one at a time, taking care that they reflect your wishes and that they comply with the laws of your state!
